»» I am a 2005 graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage. After completing 1,000+ hours of course study I became New York State board licensed in September of 2006.  Later in 2006 I studied the many components of essential oils through the Aromahead Institute and became certified to practice aromatherapy. The initials "LMT" at the end of my name stands for licensed massage therapist and "CA" stands for certified aromatherapist. In 2014 I studied with Rose Borza LMT and received my Reiki level 1 certification and in 2024 I received my level 2 from Jolene Recor. Recently in October of 2023, I graduated from the Heartstone Herbal Apprenticeship program. I enjoy learning about the many medicinal plants in our own backyard!
